Late-night warm'n'fuzzies

Lisa Hannigan usually does this thing with her music that makes me love the world in general and feel really content and smiley. It's a nice change from her work with Damien Rice (not that I'm hating on Damien Rice, it's just that anyone can agree that his songs aren't exactly... cheery), especially at 1:10 AM when you've only been asleep for two of the past thirty-eight hours.

Music school is devouring my sleep, but it's probably just the procrastinating. I don't mind too much though - if you can stay happy with what you're doing it's hard to be bothered by anything.

Quote of the day: "Hard work is never a sacrifice."
